On Saturday 5/4/10, I got up nice and early, took measurements, and well, got depressed. But, need to start somewhere. Here are my numbers.
Wt: 204.6, neck 17, abdomen, 39.85, waist, 38.5, body fat 25. My training for the day was the 1 mile fun run with Jill and Laura at the races for all paces. I later did yard and gardening work, but I am sure that din't burn a lot of calories.
On Sunday 5/5 I did a brick after church. I did 5.19 miles biking in 21:16, which is just over a 4 mm. Immediately afterwards I did a run - 2.07 miles in 17:43 for an 8:33 pace. I am pretty happy with today's workout. The temp was about 55 and we had a good wind - probably 8-10 miles per hour. Not sure what workout I will do in the morning. I am thinking a 3 mile run. We'll see how the night goes.
